There are times in life when we feel alone because we get betrayed or stab in the back by friends.  Sometimes, we do not hear the voice of God so we feel as if he is not there listening to us. God is with us every step of the way. Through the good and bad times, he’s there. God will always be there even if we turn our backs on him. He will not make us feel as if we are not important.

    Deuteronomy 31:6 says, “Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

 Even if all of our friends or family betray us and we feel like we on our own, do not be afraid of being alone because we still have God, who is always there, at our right hand, walking with us. I know that there is someone out there reading this feeling as if there are alone. Now I am not saying it is good to be alone because God will send people into our lives for a reason and he will remove them as well. 

    What I am saying is do not feel as if you are alone in world. Just because you cannot hear Gods voice does not mean he is not there. I have to admit that sometimes I feel I am alone but yet again, in my heart and in my mind I know that God is there listening to me. There is a song by Kari Jobs called I Am not Alone, 

            “When I walk through the deep waters 

               I know that you will be with me

             When I’m standing in the fire
              I will not be overcome 

              Through the valley of  the shadow 

               I will not fear

                I am not alone 

                 I am not alone

                You will never leave me.”

Let this song be a reminder to us everyday, whenever we feel alone just know that we are not alone.
