We all have desires. There is not one person in this world who does not have a desire. Some of us has a desire to travel, make a difference, whatever may be the desire Gods desire for us to do his will. He does not want us to just think about ourselves while the rest of this nation is living in despair.

If your desire is to see God shift this nation then it starts with you and I. My desire is to have a deeper relationship with God. A deeper relationship where I not only just hear Gods voice but to see his power change this nation. Some of us has a desire to see all the things that God reveals to us but we need to decide to step up to the plate and believe.

God desire for us is to do what he wants. We did not get placed on this for no reason after all we are just passing through.

Psalms 37:4, “Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” 

We need to put our faith in God. How else will we get the desires of our heart? Not by the leprechaun and his pot of gold because he do not exist. You see God does not fail at giving us our desires. So why are we failing at what God desires for us? God wants us to intervene not on the behalf of ourselves but the nation. Our desires of the heart should not just be always about what we need or what we want. Instead, it should be the desires that God has planned for us. His will. Not ours.

The desires of our hearts will not come to us that easily. Yes, it will take time for us to get our desires but first take pleasure in God then he will provide our every need. Well, not every need because he knows what is best. Sometimes we know what our desire is, other times we do not. We get afraid to take the first step of our desires but sometimes we just do not see that we have taken the first step. We get so busy trying to get the desires of our hearts that sometimes we do not recognize that God is ready to provide us the desires but he is just waiting for us to set up. So, will you set to the plate? What is your desire?
